A jailbird accused a lieutenant and two informants of torturing and sodomizing him.
Although the incident occurred last June, it has only been announced after a court ruling condemned defendants of similar case.
Al-Qanater, Egypt, Investigation Department summoned the suspects and charged them of using cruelty and sodomy by force. First Attorney General summoned the lieutenant for testimony.
